Return and exchange policy
If the return is due to the consumer's fault, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
If the received goods are damaged or do not match the description due to our fault, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping costs.
Return and Exchange Policy
To protect consumer rights, all products have a 7-day acceptance period.
1. For defective products, please process the return or exchange within 7 days. We will provide a full refund and cover the shipping costs.
2. For non-defective products, please process the return or exchange within 3 days. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
3. Products must be in their original packaging and free from any wear or signs of use.

Step 2:
Exchange/Wait for the package to be delivered to the designated location and sign for the goods before exchanging.

Shipping and Delivery (processing time approximately 2-4 days):
Please wait for your package to arrive at the designated location. Please be sure to include your remittance information with the package. We will arrange a refund immediately upon receiving the returned item.
